Clinical Supervisor - BCBA

Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor reports to the clinical manager. The clinical supervisor oversees assistant clinical supervisors and behavior therapists and leads the clinical team in implementing behavioral treatment for children with autism. They are responsible for designing behavior intervention plans and designing treatment plans. They are also responsible for providing field training for therapists, writing progress reports and ensuring that clients receive high quality services.


1. Master’s degree in psychology or related field from an accredited institution
2. Certified by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
3. Minimum of one year experience in the design and implementation of behavioral intervention services
4. At least three years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
5. Experience working in collaboration with Regional Centers, School Districts and other agencies.

This position will require candidate to be 21 years old, have a valid California Driver’s License, 5 years of continuous driving experience, no more than three points on driving record, and no DUI. Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to background check, physical etc.
