2. Job Summary
The Personal Assistant supports individual(s) with developmental disability(ies) and mental illness and/or chronic illness. The Personal Assistant supports individuals in life areas such as work, school, other programming, money management, health and wellness, personal safety, behaviors, and activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, personal hygiene) both in the home and in the community.

7. Physical Requirements
The Personal Assistant works both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and pavement. Constantly seeing, hearing, and speaking. Frequent lifting to 50 lbs. plus bending, reaching standing, walking, and kneeling. Occasionally keying, repetitive hand, finger movement, running, driving, twisting neck, twisting waist.
8. Other Requirements
This position will require a valid California Driver’s License, working vehicle and auto insurance. Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for People's Care. Must demonstrate working knowledge of technology. Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to background check, physical etc.
