The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day to day functions of the human resources department including but not limited to benefits and compensation administration, leave of absence administration, on-boarding, reporting, research payroll issues, employee terminations, and employee relations. This position may require up to 25% travel between locations in Visalia, CA, Northern California, and Corporate office in Chino Hills, CA.

The Human Resource Generalist works at the corporate office location and may also be out in the field traveling to and from locations, as needed.
Frequent sitting, fingering, twisting, hearing, talking, and repetitive motions, reaching, with occasional bending, standing, walking, driving, squatting, stooping, and lifting of 25 lbs.

Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to background check. If required to drive, candidate must possess proof of valid driver license and insurance and registration.
