Work with children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in a 1:1 setting and with their families as part of a clinical team in home
Build relationships and make learning fun for each child
Implement behavior plans and interventions as directed by the Clinical Supervisor and/or Program Manager
Target skills goals as directed by the Clinical Supervisor and/or Program Manager
Work with parents on teaching skills goals
Collect data on the child's behaviors and progress with goals as directed by the Clinical Supervisor and/or Program Manager
Collaborate with the clinical team during team meetings
Attend and participate in on-going trainings, in-service sessions, and other meetings as scheduled
This position requires the Candidate to be at least 21 years of age (to drive for People's Care), possess a valid California Driver's License, registration and auto insurance. Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including a background check.
